New Label Brings A La Carte Services to Artists

I think its an interesting idea, but I don't know how successful of a business model it will be. Like any record deal, there's obviously a lot of risk associated with what these guys are doing, and if a band flops, the company could get hit real hard. I'd be interested to see what kind of contracts are being used and where the company gets its revenue from. Are there any other labels out there like this?
